Our archives are at your disposal but a member of staff with access to and knowledge of the records needs to be present so before travelling please telephone to make an appointment. This will ensure that the records and facilities you require will be available and you won't have a wasted journey.

Parish Records (Baptisms, Marriages & Deaths) for Ashby and some surrounding parishes.

Maps of the area from 1735.

Deeds and documents relating to local properties.

Newspaper and Parish Magazines Collection.

Over 3000 photographs from the 1870s to the present.

Extensive local history reference library.

Extensive scrapbook collection of Staunton Harold.

Research collections, published articles and books.
